For eligible provider rooms, leaderboard scoring is matched against round records from studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution and Ezugi, reducing confusion when a session crosses a refresh point.

Each board carries its own active window, including start and close timing. We avoid hidden cut-offs by placing the timer on the leaderboard card itself.

Closing snapshot

Eligible game tag

Rooms that count towards a board carry a clear tag. You do not need to guess whether a live table or slot room is part of the challenge.

Rank position

Your current rank appears inside the board once qualifying activity is synced. The position is tied to the board type, not the whole casino lobby.

Score format

The card states how progress is measured, such as points or qualifying rounds. This keeps each leaderboard understandable before you start a counted session.

Reward bands

Reward bands are listed next to the rank area, making the board structure easier to read. You can see how placements are grouped while the timer runs.

Close snapshot

When the timer ends, the final board state is stored for account checks. This gives our team a clear record if you ask about the closing rank.

Leaderboard questions answered

Ranks update after eligible activity is received from the counted room and matched to the active board. A short sync delay can happen, especially near refresh points or closing time.

Open the leaderboard card and check the eligible room list or tag. We show counted Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Ezugi or selected challenge rooms directly beside the board details.

Only if both active boards clearly list the same room and scoring rule. If a room is not tagged for a board, that session will not affect that leaderboard.

When the timer ends, scoring stops for that board and a closing snapshot is stored. Any later activity belongs to another board only if a new card is active.

Your round may still be waiting for provider sync, or it may not match the board rule. Send the board name and room time if you want us to check.
